After a couple of days fumbling and cursing (most of it was Rudy, Yanty was lovely and cheerful like she always is!) guess we are ready to start this thing off. The first one from the oven is The Brownies. We are pretty proud of this baby of ours.<br /><br />It all started from Jamie Oliver's free recipe we took from Sainbury's. Cheers for that, mate! After about a hundred trays experimenting with ingredients and flavours, we have made it into our own. We did a little survey, just to check if the brownie is up to par with what's out there in the local Malaysian market, we're pretty amazed that it's better than most of them, a whole lot better!<br /><br />We'll stop bragging about it and let you experience the brownies yourselves.
