Welcome to the blog of Nibbles & Bites! After a couple of days fumbling and cursing (most of it was Rudy, Yanty was lovely and cheerful like she always is!) guess we are ready to start this thing off. The first one from the oven is The Brownies. We are pretty proud of this baby of ours.
It all started from Jamie Oliver's free recipe we took from Sainbury's. Cheers for that, mate! After about a hundred trays experimenting with ingredients and flavours, we have made it into our own. We did a little survey, just to check if the brownie is up to par with what's out there in the local Malaysian market, we're pretty amazed that it's better than most of them, a whole lot better!
We'll stop bragging about it and let you experience the brownies yourselves. Most of the info is up on the blog. simply BROWNIES
Plain basic, goes great with ice-cream and chocolate sauce or just simply on its own.
the CLASSIC
An all-time favourite. As good as the plain old brownies, except it gets much better with an extra touch of dairy milk chocolate chunks and chopped roasted walnuts.
rock-a MOCHA
For all the coffee nuts out there. Filled with mocha chocolate chips and chopped roasted hazelnuts.
ORANGE
The tangy one of them all. With orange flavoured chocolate chunks and orange chewies.
just DIVINE
Absolute Heaven. It's simply divine, makes you want even more! Contains white and dark chocolate chunks with chopped and roasted macadamia and pecan nuts.
CUSTOM your BROWNIES
Take your pick. Choices of chocolate chunks: milk, dark chocolate, white chocolate, orange & mint; choices of chocolate chips: dark chocolate, mocha, white chocolate & black/white, M&Ms, Maltesers, marshmallows, walnuts, almond nuts, hazelnut, pecan nuts, macadamia nuts, orange or strawberry chewies and rice crispies.
